This script has only been tested on Gecko based browsers (ie Firefox and it's derivatives), but it's very simple and should also work on Chrome and Opera. If you're using Chrome or Opera skip the Greasemonkey step, just click the install link.
I haven't used Internet Explorer in over a decade. I have no idea how it works anymore. If it has a way of supporting user scripts, it should work there too, but you'll have to figure out how to install it for yourself.
Konqueror users should download the tarball and extract the contents to ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/userscripts (or equivilent if you've used custom directories at compile time). Note, this has only been tested on KHTML, but it should be fine on the Webkit engine too.
To use this extension, you first need to install Greasemonkey which you can get from Mozilla's website. Once that's installed, restart your browser, and return to this page.
Now, click this link and choose install. And that's it.
If you have any problems installing this, feel free to email me via the contact page. Be aware though, I get a LOT of email - it might take a few hours for me to reply. You'll get a much quicker answer by asking at Eurosport, but that will annoy everyone else so you probably shouldn't do that. This contact form uses session cookies and collects your IP. That's nothing to worry about and perfectly normal for all email services, but a new EU law that most people aren't following yet means I legally have to tell you.
This script, as simple as it is, is licenced under the GPL v3
You can download the source code - all 13 lines of it - in this tarball.
